Why did we do this?

When COVID hit, the charity sector in the UK was losing £4BN every three months. At the same time, very talented people in the creative economy were either unemployed, bored or just desperate to help.

What did we do?

We put up a LinkedIn post casting for designers, strategists, account people and creatives to help charities. 2,000 people signed up. We created a model that charities could work with. Assembled 8 x teems of 6 and did 4-8 week sprints for charities like Bowel Cancer UK, Gingerbread, Special Olympics, Irish Wheelchair Association, Beam and many more. In 6 months we made fully integrated campaigns with 90 second TVCs, kept over 150 creative people busy and raised over £2M for charities.
