Why did we do this?
Canva is all about democratising design. UNKNOWN knows a lot of very very good designers. We both believe that the design and creative industry doesn’t come together enough.
What was it?
We threw a party for 150 people in the week of SXSW. And recorded 30 podcasts with guests from around the world. And About:Blank dressed us all. There were canapés, cocktails and a lot of brilliant brains from all types of places like Wolff Olins, ragged edge, TikTok, D&AD and, of course, UNKNOWN and Canva. And our Megan & Nat stormed around with a camera and a mic asking people what their least favourite font was.
