Adam&Eve needed an experienced creative director to run two big global accounts. Part Europe and part US. It was important this CD had experience working on “gnarly” US accounts, as typically they’re run differently in the US to London. Rachel spent a large part of her career in the US, before returning home to London and freelancing.
Adam&EveDDB were looking for creative excellence, and someone experienced enough to change the dynamic of all their accounts. They wanted to stop missing creative opportunities and continually push the creative output. Mark ran the Nike account at Wieden + Kennedy for over 4 years, and it’s hard to come closer to excellence than that.
